Annual Plan, credit packs, auto-reload, referral credits, and payment logging.
Sitter offers two billing options: the Annual Plan for families who book regularly, and pay-as-you-go credits for occasional use.
The Annual Plan costs $49.99 per year and includes all bookings with no per-booking fees. Subscribe from Settings under Billing. You can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of your billing period.
If you prefer pay-as-you-go, each booking uses one credit. Two pack sizes are available: 5 credits for $5 or 15 credits for $12 (20% off). Buy credits from Settings under Billing. Your credit balance is visible on the home screen and in Billing. Credits are used when outreach to your sitters begins, not when the booking is created.
Turn on auto-reload so you never run out mid-booking. When your balance hits zero, Sitter automatically purchases the same pack size you last bought. You can turn auto-reload on or off at any time from Billing.
Share your referral link with other parents. When a referred family signs up and completes their first booking, both families receive 2 bonus credits. Find your link and referral history in Settings.
After a booking is completed, you can log what you paid the sitter. Open the booking, tap "Log payment," and enter the amount and method (cash, Venmo, Zelle). This is for your records only — Sitter does not process payments between you and your sitter. View your spending history and export it as a CSV from Settings under Spending.
