How to set up different sitter ratings for different situations.
Occasions let you set up different contact orders for different situations. Instead of always texting sitters in the same order, you can tailor who gets asked first depending on the type of booking.
Each occasion has its own ranked list of sitters. When you create a booking, you pick an occasion, and Sitter uses that occasion's order for outreach. Your default occasion is used if you don't pick one.
Go to the Occasions tab and tap the add button. Name it something descriptive — "Weekday morning," "Date night," or "Emergency backup." Then drag your sitters into the order you want for that occasion.
Open any occasion to change the sitter order. You can also add or remove sitters from an occasion without affecting other occasions. Each occasion is independent — changing the order in one has no effect on the others.
