Rating sitters, editing details, removing sitters.
Your sitters list is the foundation of how Sitter works. You can add, rate, edit, or remove your people at any time from the Sitters tab.
Each sitter has a star rating from half a star to five stars. This determines who gets contacted first when you book — higher-rated sitters go first. You set a global rating on each sitter's profile, and you can override it per occasion if some sitters are better for certain situations.
Tap a sitter to update their name or phone number. If you change their phone number, they'll need to opt in again at the new number before they can receive booking texts.
To remove a sitter, open their profile and tap "Remove." They won't be contacted for future bookings and won't receive a notification about the removal. Sitters who have completed their profile are preserved in the system, so if you re-add them later they won't need to go through the full opt-in process again.
